Lead compliance for a licensed operator, owning policy, monitoring, and regulatory relationships.
About the role
A licensed operator is strengthening its second line of defence. The Compliance Manager will own the compliance framework and act as a key point of contact with regulators.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the compliance framework and policies.
- Monitor regulatory change and assess impact.
- Manage regulatory reporting and relationships.
- Support the business with practical compliance advice.
Requirements
- 5+ years in compliance within a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT requirements.
- Clear communicator able to influence the business.
Preferred experience
iGaming, payments, or financial services regulatory experience.
